Setting
They are located about 30 meters from the north façade of the Cathedral of León, within the walled enclosure, and in a pedestrian area. It is a privileged place to see this facade, you will not find these views anywhere else in the city.The building was built in the 1960s. At the beginning of 2018 it was acquired to make these apartments. A comprehensive reform of the building has been made, preserving only exterior facades and structure, therefore, everything you are going to find is new. Given the scope of the reform, it has been used to make total thermal and acoustic insulation, so that you can enjoy comfort and tranquility worthy of your trip.Despite being a pedestrian area, the apartments have 2 garage spaces in the building, if you want to contractIt is a quiet, calm and comfortable street.The environment in which the building is located is of special protection by Heritage of the Junta de Castilla y León. Next to it, the walls and the Cathedral. About 40 meters away there is a Hospital, Nuestra Señora de la Regla. Its façade is that of the Renedo de Valdetuejar Palace, which once belonged to the Marques de Prado. On the opposite side, 60 meters away, the old post office building, which dates back to the beginning of the 20th century.
